The Role

This role will be reporting directly to the Regional / Associate Sales Director. The key responsibility of this role will be to promote overseas properties from Australia, Thailand and the UK to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promoting and selling overseas property to clients
• Sending out details of new properties to clients on the company database
• Raising brand awareness through social media channels
• Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients

 Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Form 7 or above

Essential Skills

• An excellent communicator
• A good negotiator
• Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC skills, such as Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in sales preferable
