As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible to maintain relationships with existing accounts and generate new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform account serving activities to existing accounts via outbound calls and emails.
• Collect customers’ feedback and make follow up appointments for account managers
• Generate sales opportunities in existing accounts and new markets by phone to achieve sales targets
• organizing customers’ contact database and conducting pipeline inputs for future records
• Assist on Ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• DSE or above, Higher diploma in Sales and Marketing or IT is preferred
• 1-2 years relevant experience is preferred but not essential
• Good telephone manner with mature and pleasant attributes
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC skills in MS office, esp Excel
• Willing to learn and work independently
• Be a positive and good team player
