Responsibilities:

• To process sales orders, invoices and shipping documentations.
• To review and prepare documents to ensure compliance for Letter of Credit.
• To liaise with supply points and logistics partners to ensure timely shipment of orders.
• To follow-up on orders taken including monitoring, tracking of shipments and advising customers on their shipment status.
• To update order performance tracking and complaint log.
• To file all documents in relation to Sales Order.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above.  University graduate is preferred
• Experience in export/import shipping documentation and/or customer service with minimal 3 years’ of relevant experience in a multinational company environment
• Knowledge in logistics, import/export practices, letter of credit is a MUST
• SAP (SD) experience will have an added advantage
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills of the English (Proficient Business Level) and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, Chinese Word Processing.
• A team player, dedicated, self-driven and highly motivated
• Meticulous, mature, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Possess pleasant, discreet and flexible disposition to adapt to changes in the environment including the ability to work under pressure
