Responsibilities

• Coordinating logistics implementation of goods in accordance with trade contracts and relevant authority requirements;
• Responsible for ship management;
• Processing payments and receipts of goods and shipping;
• Handling trade contracts and bills settlements;
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above, major in Business, Logistics or other related studies;
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience;
• Experience in logistics, business or petrochemical industry is an advantage;
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills;
• Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Fluent in speaking and writing English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
