Responsibilities:

• Daily operation of our own warehouse like inbound, outbound and stock record
• Follow up shipping arrangement with shipping agencies, co-ordinate sales order delivery to dealers/customers
• Ensure supply of products is timely and efficient
• Liaise with sales team/online shops on shipping and ordering related matters
• Handle customer enquiries, ordering, invoicing and customer service
• Follow up sales orders, invoices, packing list and delivery orders
• Responsible for inventory administration of products
• Assistant for administration
• Other tasks as required

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 2 years’ or above warehouse managing or shipping experience in trading company is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Fair command of reading spoken and written of English & Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hardworking, self-motivated, flexible, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and well-organize
• Immediate available is (highly) preferred
