- Responsible for daily OCEAN shipment
- Provide customer service to clients for OCEAN shipments and answer general enquiries
- Handle data entry / filing, tracking and tracing system
- Company management / Admin job
Requirements
- F.5 or above, with minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in AIR or OCEAN shipment.
- Strong communication skill and able to handle correspondence independently
- Reliable with good interpersonal skill
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese(Mandarin) and English
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
