JOB DUTIES

• Manage full set of accounts and month end closing
• Make financial forecasts and planning
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, general ledger functions and payroll 
• Monitor AR/AP and inventory to exercise cash flow management
• Assist in budgeting and planning preparation
• Prepare financial statements and management reporting
• Perform financial statement analysis and highlight variances with investigating and adjustment
• Develop and maintain proper internal financial control of all group of companies with SOP
• Maintain ERP master records and accounting records are compliance with statutory requirements
• Liaise with external auditors to perform annual audit and tax filing
• Carry out administrative duties
• Perform ad hoc assignments, projects and process improvement when required

REQUIREMENT

• Diploma/University graduate in Accounting, Finance and/or business-related, logistic/supply chain disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of solid accounting experience within supply chain operation (trading/manufacturing/distribution/retail)
• Qualified CPA or equivalent is an advantage
• Proficiency in using MS Word, MS Excel (Pivot table and V-Lookup)
• Good knowledge of EXACT ERP system or other ERP system
• Experience in ERP system implementation/enhancement is a definite advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Self-motivated, independent, mature, good interpersonal and communication skills, willing to work within a creative team environment and able to meet deadlines
• Experience from within a trading company or FMCG industry (food industry is an advantage)
• Office location: Hong Kong Island- Wan Chai
