Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the MD, you will be leading a small team in Finance to look after all rounded finance and accounting matters including reviewing month end closing, preparing management reports, budgeting and forecasting. You will establish a strong finance organizational structure. You will be the business partner to the senior leadership team by providing financial and commercial support.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with professional qualifications in HKICPA/ CPA
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in accounting and financial management
- Experience in logistics / e-business industry is preferred
- Hands on experience in handling consolidation, statutory financial reporting requirements as well as listing rules
- Mature, self initiative and able to work independently under pressure
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and good sense of judgment
- Proficient user in MS Office, especially in Excel Spreadsheet
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
