Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be working alongside a dynamic team of colleagues who are collaborative.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data
• Responsible for in month-end closing and prepare regular reports
• Perform AR reconciliations and clearance with key account customers
• Follow up with AR overdue collection
• Assist in other ad hoc duties
• There will be job rotation, which will allow you the opportunity to have AR, AP and also the exposure on assisting in the closing and financial reporting.

 Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience; preferably at least 2 years in AR function.
• Possesses at least a Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience on SAP is preferable.
• Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
