Job Description
Responsibilities
- To handle daily operation in Receipt cycle, including preparation of vouchers and data entries
- Daily update the Sales reports for respective shops
- To prepare summaries tables of Petty cash for respective shops
- To handle accounting entries of purchase invoices, print cheques & prepare payment vouchers
- Data entries for accounting aspects and monthly reports
- Perform ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Accounting, with at least 2 years relevant experience. preferably in A/R
- Must be self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and good sense of responsibility
- Knowledge in Flex Accounting system is highly preferred
Work Location: Kwun Tong
