Responsibilities:

·       Assist in month-end closing & handle full set of accounts

·       Analyze financial data for preparation of financial reports

·       Generate and interpret financial records and statements for management

·       Prepare and maintain General ledger accounts reconciliations and other financial activities

·       Responsible for accounts receivables, accounts payable, monitoring overseas office and other reporting

·       Oversee the financial transactions of one department or multiple departments

·       Preparation and handling of cheques, payment vouchers and staff reimbursements

·       Ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

·       Degree in Accounting or related disciplines, LCCI higher Level/ Member of HKICPA/ACCA preferred

·       Experience in handling full set of accounts and 3 years’ experience in accounting preferred

·       Proficiency in written and communicate with English, Chinese and Mandarin

·       Proficient in MS Office application, Chinese Word Processing, Good at EXCEL is an advantage

·       Self-motivated, mature, stable, able to meet deadlines and work well with a team

·       Well-organized and detail-attentive, effective analytical, interpersonal and coordination skills

·       Immediate available is an advantage
