Job Description
Responsibilities
- Cooperate with PRC Finance Team;
- Monitor bank accounts and assists in cash management and related activities; and take careof the daily banking requirements and special projects and workflow process improvements
- Verify the accuracy of invoices, arrange payment and document filing;
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other accounting records;
- Assist in cash flow management and monitor bank accounts;
- Assist in financial analysis, forecasts, budgets and analysis of variances;
- Prepare month-end closing financial report;
- Assist in preparation of management accounts, consolidated financial statements and reconciliations;
- Assist in the preparation of interim and annual reports;
- Assist in tax filing;
- Assist in financial analysis, forecasts and budgets and analysis of variances;
- Liaise with other professional parties, such as external auditors and valuers;
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements; and
- Provide support to the Finance Team and other ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent, possession of professional CPA qualification is an advantage;
- Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in accounting field. Candidate with prior audit experience is preferred
- Self-motivated, independent, proactive, detailed oriented, and able to meet tight time line
- A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient Microsoft excel is a must.
- Immediately available is preferable
