Duties: 

• Produce detailed local monthly management accounts, including compilation of the overall monthly business report, scorecard, analytics and commentary. 
• Deliver the Asia International Management package and analysis to US headquarter
• Work closely with the business to evaluate monthly results and performance gaps, and recommend remedial actions
• Develop and automate the revenue forecast process, ensuring we have a forward-looking view to support business decisions
• Create financial model and process to facilitate the routine business forecast and annual budgeting
• Support and coordinate annual budget, by working closely with the Businesses and Finance community, on an effective and timely manner
• Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as required by the senior management
• Consolidate, track sales performance and calculate sales commission
• Prepare and track CAPEX actual spend against budget and forecast
• Assist in month-end closing, accounts reconciliations (including Blacklines) and reporting
• Regularly review local accounting workflow and processes and drive for efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure tight control is place, and compliance to company policies and procedures by all Finance and non-Finance community
• Support statutory audit and tax filings as requested 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related discipline
• 5 years similar management accounting & analysis work experience
• Experience with Hyperion and Oracle is a plus
• Proficiency in IT in particular excel and macro VBA is a plus
