工作內容：

• 根據業務發展需求，完成香港地區人才招聘工作。明確招聘需求、制定招聘方案並能夠快速推進﹔
• 負責香港地區員工入職、離職手續辦理，日常員工關系管理、與總部HR配合推進績效考核、員工培訓等工作﹔
• 員工溝通渠道建設，關注員工溝通與思想動態，與總部HR聯動，支持錢方文化、價值觀在香港公司落地﹔
• 辦公室日常管理與行政支持工作。

Job Description：

• According to the business growth, complete the hiring target in Hong Kong. Crystalize idea of employment. Construct a solution and speed up the process.
• Responsible to report duty/resignation and daily staff relation management.
• Responsible to appraisal and training
• Communicate with staff and maintain communication with HQ
• Daily office Operation

• 本科以上學歷，3年以上互聯網公司人力工作經驗﹔
• 具備快速學習能力、責任心強，勇於面對挑戰並能夠積極尋找解決方案﹔
• 擁有飽滿的工作熱情，能夠支持創業團隊快速發展。

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• 3 years of Internet company HR experience preferred;
• Quick learner and Responsible and Solution-Oriented
• Work-passionate and supportive to start-up team growth
