Job Description
Requirements and Job Duties
- For Goudie Associates Hong Kong harbour front studio
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, MsExcel, MsWord and MsPowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin an advantage
- Ability to work independently, willing to work overtime and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Pleasant, smart, proactive, meticulous, a good team player, responsible, self-motivated
- Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Job duties include project and office administration and coordination, receptioning, bookkeeping, inventory, daily typing and filing, etc.
- Good typing skills - minimum English typing speed 50wpm, Chinese 30wpm
