The client is a well-known property group. Due to their continuous expansion, they are looking for a Senior HR Officer / Assistant Human Resources Manager (Compensation & Benefits [C&B]) (25k - 35k x 13+ b) to join their professional team to oversee all rounded Compensation & Benefits tasks & projects for its business

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and smooth execution of compensation and benefits activities inclusive of regular payroll checking, tax reporting, medical and retirement benefits, share plans, etc.
• Enhance Company's compensation & benefits polices
• Provide analyses, comments and suggestions regarding payroll and benefit services
• Coach junior members in the team for enhancing job knowledge and competencies so as to achieve team objectives and meet service pledge
• Assist in HR annual process such as Salary Review, Performance Management, Bench-marking, Staff cost budget, etc.
• Review work processes, procedures, guidelines and standards for operational efficiency and compliance with relevant controls and regulations
• Manage and maintain HRIS data and employee record

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations or listed companies 
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, with knowledge in PRC Labour Ordinance is an advantage
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Detailed-minded, analytical and good interpersonal skills
