Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Personal Assistant to Chairman, responsible for family travel arrangement, including translation (Mandarin-English), itinerary, hotel and visa application etc;
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the HR & Admin Department;
• Take care of family matters including children, house helpers, and drivers
• Manage renewal of contracts such as domestic helpers, visa, vehicle license, insurance etc for family members
• Other ad-hoc tasks and personal matters as assigned by senior management;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Linguistic, Translation or related disciplines;
• 3 to 5 years secretarial/ administration experience;
• Good command of written and speaking of English and Mandarin;
• Mature, presentable with good interpersonal skills;
• Detail-oriented, flexible , responsible and a good team player; and
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing.
