The successful candidate will enforce Deed of Mutual Covenant or Tenancy Agreement terms. Key roles include handling requests and complaints from tenants and owners, performing day-to-day building management and inspection services, and overseeing property maintenance, security and cleaning services.

Requirements:

• Degree holders with 4 years of relevant experience or Diploma/Higher Certificate with 6 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Knowledge of PC operations
