Requirements:

• Diploma or above, with 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, willing to learn, detail-minded and a good team player
• Self-disciplined , Detail oriented and Responsible
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, Photoshop/ Photo Illustrator are an advantage
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Immediate available is a great advantage

Job Duties

• Perform general administrative duties and provide clerical support to the team, e.g. data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, ordering office supplies, expense claims reimbursement, report & PO preparation, etc
• Source and negotiate with different vendors and suppliers for quotation,
• Issue purchase orders / invoice
• Support to our engineering team
• Review product assortment and arrange new product launch in web
• Handle ad hoc duties assigned by manager as and when required
