Job Description
HI-SPEED is a leading third party logistics and supply chain solutions provider in HK. Due to our rapid expansion, our Tsuen Wan office is seeking a qualified, talented individual to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist on incident management
- Support for KPI system
- Prepare monthly reports for management review
- Handle Company BR, Vehicle insurance renewal and correspondence
- Handle internal and external enquiries
- Responsible for data collection and data entry of daily operations
- Control office stationery and supplies, internal and outgoing mail
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks
- Perform duty as assigned
Requirements:
- F.6 or above with at least 2 years of administration experience
- Able to demonstrate creative thinking, result-driven, strong communication skills, high integrity, self-motivated and team spirit
- Fluency in English, Cantonese is required
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is required
- Immediate available is preferred
