Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service, administration and reception duties.
  • Offering TOP QUALITY services to our clients according to company standards and procedures.
  • Perform reception duties including handling phone calls, greeting / serving clients.
  • Handle incoming / outgoing mails, couriers, fax, etc.
  • Managing meeting room bookings.
  • Data processing, filings and ad hoc duties.

 

Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above.
  • Fresh graduate will be also considered.
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin.
  • Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Excellent telephone manner, mature and with pleasant personality.
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and hardworking.
  • Immediate Available is highly preferable.
