Job Description 

• Provide full spectrum of high-level, confidential and administrative support to the senior managements of the company;
• Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings, and business reports;
• Helping to translate and draft English and Chinese correspondence for other senior executives;
• Organize and help execute marketing activities.

Requirements 

• A University graduate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in performing secretarial and office administration duties;
• Conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook;
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Familiarity with book-keeping activities would be considered favourably;
• Ability to work independently under pressure, attention to detail and good presentation are key attributes for this role;
• Immediate availability is preferred;
• Active and can take initiative for duties of the company.
