Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day all round HR operations in HK, including recruitment, payroll, C&B, policies & procedures, employee relations and staff performance management.
• Responsible for staffing, talent acquisition, performance management and new staff orientation program, etc.
• To be responsible for leading all staff in the department to provide effective and professional HR service so as to improve effectiveness
• Act as the HR Business Partner to provide HR solutions to regional offices (China/ PRC & HK) in all-round aspect
• Developing network with HR practitioners and the industry to learn and implement best HR practices and competitive HR programs.
• Drive HR alignment exercise and group initiatives

 Requirements:

• University graduates or above with major in Business Study.
• High proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Minimum 5-7 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in Labour Intensive Manufacturing Environment in China
• Well-versed with PRC employment related regulations, insurance and social security government requirements.
• Knowledge in HKSRA Labor ordinance and China Labor Law, and insurance & taxation of China
• Required station in Dongguan, China.
