Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma graduate or above
  • 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in multicultural environment
  • Previous experience in reception and administration duties is required
  • Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Detail-minded, cheerful, well-organized and good team player
  • Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in reception area such as greeting visitors and guests
  • Handle incoming calls & enquires in a courteous and tactful manner
  • Assist in travel arrangement, expenses claims and meeting rooms scheduling
  • Responsible for office supplies ordering and equipment maintenance arrangement
