To cope with recent business development, we are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our Administration Team. The ideal candidate will have a cheerful, pleasant & helpful personality, while willing to learn and with "Can-do" attitude.

 Major Responsibilities:

• Greeting and announcing clients and visitors
• Rreceiving and directing incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail as well as providing administrative support to the HR & Admin Department
• Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangement
• Preparing staff attendance record; handle inventory control, maintenance of office supplies and equipment; coordinate overall environmental cleanliness of the office
• Assisting in company activities and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of solid relevant working experience
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skill is essential
• Pleasant, detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, adaptive, willing to learn and take on responsibilities with positive working attitude
• Proficient in MS Office; proficiency in Chinese word processing is an advantage not a must
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
