Job Duties:

• Maintain and improve the existing Tax and Financial Programs;
• Conduct in-depth research related to new Tax and Financial programs that reflect timely business strategies;
• Lead a team of project managers and assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members;
• Participate in the management meeting to provide programs' status and information to improve on customer satisfaction and performance assessment;
• Monitor the project managers to make sure they take an active role in coordinating with functional departments and respond effectively and timely on project status and customer satisfaction;
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures for programmatic implementations;
• Provide support of financial management, internal control, financial and tax planing, IPO preparation for the group company;
• Assist in preparation of annual financial reports and audit schedules to auditors for the group company;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Management or related;
• Minimum 8 years related working experience, at least 5 years management experience;
• Possess strong influencing skills with the ability to manage and motivate both direct and non-direct reports;
• Possess excellent leadership and organizational skills and effectively manage difficult group dynamics to effectively reach a positive outcome;
• Familiar with the accounting principle, auditing, external reporting requirements, various business tax issues in China, Hong Kong or the U.S.;
• CPA license holder in China, Hong Kong or the U.S. is preferred;
• Familiar with the business environment and education market in China is an advantage;
• Excellent English and Mandarin is a must;
• Willing to travel frequently.
