Job Description

u  Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure all accounting records are completed in a timely manner and to the highest accuracy.

u  Arrange receipt and payment, document filing and bank reconciliation

u   Assist Department Head to supervise finance and accounting team and oversee daily operations of the department;

u   Prepare monthly financial and management report; ensure all are complied with regulatory eg. FRR and Head Office requirements;

u   Responsible for the annual budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and any ad hoc assignment;

u   Develop and improve the internal controlling system and financial system;

u   Provide support and information to other business divisions on products and services of various financial institutions;

u   Responsible for year-end audit and tax compliances
