Responsibilities:
- Assist the Financial Manager in maintaining the accounting records of the operations
- Provide secretarial support to Department
- Assist in daily operations
- Perform other ad hoc assignment & weekly reports as assigned
- Review and strengthen the accounting procedures, systems and internal compliance
- Co-ordinate work with I.T. team and Customer Service Officer

Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma graduate in Finance, Accounting or a related disciplines
- At least 2 years work experience
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-minded, well-organized, presentable and efficient
- Mature and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
