Job Description
The successful candidate will perform day-to-day building maintenance management services. Other duties include overseeing building and facilities maintenance and repairs, and undertaking improvement work for properties.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/Degree in Building Services
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in operations, repair and maintenance of commercial buildings
- Solid experience in building services related work including renovation and fitting out work of commercial buildings (e.g. office buildings, shopping arcades)
- Knowledge of PC operations
