Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible to work with auditors to complete all audit requirements, e.g. compilation of audit schedules, note disclosure on accounts, etc.
• Attend to audit inquiries and ensure audited financial statements are completed on time with no major adjustments.
• Prepare monthly management report accurately and independently using Sun System/Vision.
• Communicate with overseas offices in preparing monthly management accounts.
• Prepare monthly income reconciliation between CRM system and Sun financial system.
• Review and conduct variance analysis between budget and actual results.
• Assist to oversee accounting operations of Head Office.
• Carry out ad hoc projects when required.

Requirements

Qualification

• Degree or above in Accountancy or finalist of accounting bodies/qualified accountant.
• At least 7 years or above relevant working experience.
• Candidates with hands on experiences with Sun Accounting System/Vision are highly preferred.
• Fully experienced with handling auditors and able to satisfy audit requirements for a complicated set of audited accounts in a timely manner.

Skills

• High proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent knowledge of Sun accounting system /Vision or equivalent accounting software.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) and Putonghua.
• Highly independent.
• Proficient in multi-tasking and good with planning.
• Patient and attentive to details.
• Excellent communications skills and able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff.
