Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure accurate posting of entries from the merchandising system to the financial system
• Process payments, refund and inventory adjustment
• Prepare reconciliation of accounts and schedules
• Ensure accuracy of sales and stock records, facilitate effective and efficient operation of inventory control and sales audit
• Ensure compliance of policy and procedures for the sales and inventory cycles, identify and follow up exceptions

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail / FMCG industry
• Experience in audit / inventory control will be an advantage
• Pro-active and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with key stakeholders
• Good organization, numerical, analytical and Excel skills
• Strong team player to support other team members
• Knowledge of Oracle and a Chartered Accountant would be a plus
