We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, prepare, review and comment on a variety of legal and corporate finance documents
• Liaise with clients and service providers
• Conduct client onboarding procedures, including AML/CFT and KYC
• Provide administrative support in the corporate trustee and corporate finance areas
• Assist with ad hoc projects and research as required
• Transactional case management support

Key Requirements:  

• Degree in legal studies
• Min. 3 years of legal experience in corporate and commercial areas or analytical corporate finance experience in a financial institution or NBFI
• Possess practical understanding of APLMA based documentation, due diligence process and anti-money laundering requirements
• Self-motivated, dedicated and outgoing team player
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English is essential
• Proficient written and spoken Mandarin skills ideal
