Valuer / Assistant Valuer (Business / Derivatives Valuation)

Responsibilities:

• To provide Hong Kong and China valuation works, mainly business, properties and financial derivatives, including market research, analysis and report preparation
• To conduct site inspections and collect valuation information from various sources
• Required to perform valuation tasks on an individual basis and to report to Team Head
• Required to travel to China

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in accounting / finance / mathematics / computing related disciplines
• 1-2 years working experience in valuation/ accounting / finance / banking related field
• Good computer and sound analytical / reporting skills
• Positive, mature, self-motivated, good team player and able to work independently within a tight schedule
• Good in English and Putonghua is preferred
• Fresh graduate will be considered
