Description

This is a new headcount in the Finance team, reporting to Finance Manager and review the work of one.

The job scope will include:

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for product costing system maintenance and analysis.
2. Review the procurement and production processes, identify cost drivers and efficiency measurement.
3. Set up the standard cost allocation rules and models
4. Evaluate the standard and actual costing variances, review with management for cost control actions.
5. Perform operation review for internal control. Report to the top management for findings, recommendation and implementation review.
6. Occasional travel to China is required.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines, qualified Accountant is preferable.
2. At least 5 years managerial experience in cost accounting & internal control, experience in manufacturing (garment) environment is an advantage
3. Good command in spoken Mandarin and English
4. Experience in using ERP system is an advantage
5. Proficient in SAP and MS Excel are preferable
6. Attentive to details, well organized with excellent analytical skill, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
7. A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8. Immediately available is preferable
