We’re currently seeking a full-time administrative executive to provide administrative support for our company. The candidates should be well-organized and thoughtful to contribute to the company’s operation. Through this job, candidates will reach out to a number of companies and build up a professional network.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical, secretarial and administrative support to our company  
• Schedule appointments and coordinate company meetings
• Help hiring people and writing job profiles
• Support accounting functions
• Assist in government applications and paperwork
• Maintain employee contracts and take care of payrolls and MPF
• Order and restock office supplies
• Schedule and organize company celebration events

Preferred Candidates

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft software and accounting concept
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Degree holder preferably in a business-related discipline
• Previous working experience in an admin role
• Adaptable to a fast-changing working environment
