Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • create dynamic written, graphic, video content, shooting and editing;
  • manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and relevant platforms;
  • propose new ideas and concepts for social media and video content;
  • provide support in organizing CPAO events/activities/exhibitions/ceremonies/conferences;
  • liaise and coordinate with internal staff and outside parties such as media reporter/advertising; agency/school representatives for CPAO/advertising campaigns or school talks; and
  • assist in ad-hoc tasks.

Applicants should:

  • possess a recognized university degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing, Digital Journalism or other related disciplines;
  • preferably have at least 1 year’s working experience in media, event management, marketing or social media platform;
  • have excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • have effective administrative, communication, social media and video shooting & editing skills; and
  • be well-organized, a good team player and able to handle multi-tasks efficiently.

Working outside normal office hours may be required.  Candidates with work experience in the tertiary education sector will be an advantage.
