Job Descriptions:

• Deal with daily order processing in close coordination with sales teams
• Coordinate with sales team for arrangement of delivery resources
• Handle daily orders and follow up with administrative works
• Assist with customers’ enquiries and provide customer service
• Check and validate sales invoices and related documents
• produce general sales reports and ensure data integrity 

 Requirements:

• F.7 or above, with 1-2 years' relevant experience in sales/administration support
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Well organized, self-motivated and a good team player
