Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Business development across a targeted client portfolio, offering a diverse range of recruitment solutions (retained, contingency, market mapping, shortlisting)
• Meeting with key decision makers within your defined client mix to build and develop relationships
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment
• Headhunting, identifying and approaching suitable candidates
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
• Providing a detailed brief to candidates on job responsibilities, salary and benefits
• Managing the full offer process including negotiation of salaries between clients and candidates
• Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media including Spring's website, external job boards, social media and print ads
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers

What we are looking for

• Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years' experience within a sales environment
• Construction / Engineering industry experience or background an advantage but not essential
• Experience dealing with senior level management in multi-national companies would be advantageous
• Driven, passionate and genuinely enjoy what you do
• Self-motivated, confident, professional, team player
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Do what you say you are going to do, take ownership & responsibility
• Don’t be afraid to create solutions and explore all options
