Job Description
Responsibilities:
- As an all-round generalist to handle full spectrum of HR functions
- Provide supports on HR system maintenance & enhancement
- Prepare and update various regular HR reports
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
- 2 years’ solid working experience in Human Resources
- Diploma and above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Well versed in employment ordinance, employees’ compensation and other related regulations
- Well organized with a strong analytical mind, sensitive with figure, initiative and proactive
- Have passion to develop career in social services
- Strong sense of responsibility, creative and team player
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with all stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing)
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Immediately available is preferable
