Job Description
- Responsibilites:
- Handle general office administration, such as office facilities, equipment maintenance, office supplies, insurance, office renovation and other ad-hoc projects
- Perform reception duties including phone calls and couriers
- Arrange visa, phones, tickets and hotel accommodation for travelers
- Assist in HR and admin tasks including job interviews arrangement, maintain leave, attendance records and other reports
- Supervise office cleaning lady and manage pantry refill
- Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Fast-learner, well-organized with good communication skills
- Must be a team player with good discipline, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
- Immediate available is preferred
