Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointment arrangements
• Perform various executive and administrative support
• Prepare, compose and edit professional correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
• Undertake proactive follow ups on critical items in order to effectively meet deadlines
• Maintain and updated records / information for all key internal / external parties
  
• Support all other ad hoc requests or events as needed

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years working experience in supporting high level executives
• Strong inter-personal skills with ability to work with all levels of parties from internal and external
• Experience effectively managing office activities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A good team player who thrives in a multi-tasking environment, and has a keen eye for detail
• Good organizational skills and strong time management
• Strong ability to create charts, presentations, databases, graphs, and spreadsheets
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Occasional travel is required and may need to station in a foreign business unit for a period of time
