Job Description

Reporting to the Building Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for maintenance and repair of building services systems of residential towers, supervision of contractors and in house technical staff. He/She will also be responsible for handling customers’ enquires, giving technical advice and preparing specifications for maintenance and repair works. He/She will also assist in budget preparation.

Requirements:

Degree holders of Building Services, mechanical, electrical or related discipline
Minimum 3 years related experience
Good communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC skills on MS Word and Excel
