Requirements:

• Associate Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Chinese Language and Literature/ China Trade & Cultural Studies is preferred;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Proficient with MS Office; Knowledge of social media (Facebook,WeChat etc.) and analytics reporting; Knowing of Chinese typing is a must.
• Good understanding of Gov't Policy and Cultural Development in both Mainland China and Hong Kong  is definitely an advantage;
• Experience in conducting research and report writing;
• Possess good social skill and with positive mind and patience;
• Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure;
• Initiative and detail-minded with good sense of responsibility;
• Immediate available is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare agenda, minutes, speaking notes, memo and other meeting related matericals;
• Organize meetings and activities for functional committees;
• Give support to member activities like Seminars / Missions / Exhibitions / Film Shows, etc;
• Give administrative support and liaise with the Mainland China Offices;
• Prepare WeChat and other social platform contents;
• Provide assistance in the daily operations of the department;
• Assist in studying and evaluating government policies (industrial related) in both Mainland China and Hong Kong; and 
• Occasional travel to Mainland China is required.
