Responsibilities:

1. Lead and take ownership of business development and fund raising transactions, including drafting of agreements;
2. Liaise with investment banks, law firms and investors;
3. Prepare corporate presentation materials;
4. Manage timeline for various projects and act proactively and independently;
5. Report directly to the CEO;
6. Perform ad-hoc tasks when required.

Qualification:

1. Degree holder in Accounting, Business, Corporate Finance or equivalent;
2. At least 5 years solid experience, preferably gained in listed companies, Big Four audit firms or financial institutions;
3. Good project management, presentation (including PowerPoint), interpersonal and communication skills;
4. Proactive and goal-oriented;
5. Good command in written and spoken English;
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
7. Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving skill and meet tight deadline;
8. HK based, willing to travel occasionally;
9. Immediately available is preferable.
