Responsibilities-

• Conduct due diligence and screening on investment and M&A opportunities both locally and globally
• Assist management in ad-hoc projects
• Review and implement proper procedures and controls to ensure that financial transactions can be developed efficiently
• Enhance and review internal control process
• Coordinate with other professional parties and liaise with auditors

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance with internationally recognized professional accounting qualification
• At least 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience gained from Hong Kong Listed Companies
• Experience in M&A projects is highly preferable, but not essential
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
