Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, your duties would be as below:

Assess compliance risks in group development and operations
Review and develop company internal policies and manuals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Coordinate and liaise with different parties on enquiries, reporting, inspection and/or investigation regarding SFC regulations
Provide advice to business units on compliance-related issues
Assist in handling licensing matters (e.g. new applications, renewal...) when necessary
Communicate with regulators and lead ad-hoc compliance projects

Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance/Business Management or other related disciplines
At least 5 years of experience in banking and finance industry
Strong knowledge in SFC rules and regulations
Familiar with the insurance-related regulatory framework is a plus
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
