What’s the job?
Payoneer is looking for a highly-talented Purchasing Coordinator to support the fast-growing of purchasing activities within Asia Pacific region.
We’re looking for
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment. The incumbent will be responsible for working with the Global Purchasing teams providing a full purchasing cycle and services for Asia Pacific region with primary focus for Hong Kong
1. Purchasing cycle and services

Finding new vendors, Sending purchase order
-
Open Purchase requests in the system and assisting the local purchasing requestors.

Responsible for the receiving process

Support the bookkeeper with invoices approval
-
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
2. Regional Travel coordination
-
Enforcing the Travel policy
-
Coordinate all reservations with travel agent through the system
-
Managing travel requests and managing the travel agents
-
Managing the Travel & Expense system
3. Others
- Assisting with new offices search and renovation for the entire APAC region
- Assist with special global projects and other local projects
Have you accomplished this kind of qualifications?
-
Bachelor Degree in Business studies with at least 3 years’ hands-on experience in purchasing activities.

Proactive and Service oriented individual who is able for multi-task a variety of administrative processes.

Excellent PC and computer software skills preferred

Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must
-
A caring and an active team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision
-
High-energy, with keen curiosity and generosity of spirit that is supportive of everyone

an intuitive and eager problem solver,
-
Excellent communication skills, able to work with different level of stakeholders
-
Good organizational skills and able to prioritize and accomplish the duties within the timeline.
