Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Devise product business plan and design integrated services program to private banking clients.
• Drive key products initiatives to capture market share, enhance customer experience and maximize the profit.
• Formulate strategies and tactical plans in acquiring new businesses, as well as to initiate actionable plans, processes, tasks and projects that facilitate the implementation of the strategies
• Collaborate with different business units and external business partners in order to enable private bank to achieve the desired AOP target and business objectives.
• Design and enhance operational procedures to front office staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation flow, and complying with relevant guidelines and regulations  
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations to ensure product procedures and policies in compliance with regulatory requirements  
• Optimize the product operation, system development, selling processes and transaction processing
• Assist in ad hoc assignments and tasks

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business related
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in preferably with exposure to private banking business and marketing activities
• Strong planning and communication skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC (PowerPoint and Excel) skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
