Responsibilities-

• Implement business development strategies to expand and maximize business growth of the Group;
• Assist in assessing potential deals, developing new business, and executing transactions;
• Implement or advise on takeovers, mergers, amalgamations, acquisitions, disposals, demutualization, project financing, management buyouts, corporate restructuring, initial public offerings, right issues, placements and other fund-raising exercises;
• Conduct due diligence and screening on investment and M&A opportunities both locally and globally;
• Perform data analysis, financial modeling, and market research;
• Examine the implementation effectiveness of all strategies and plans;
• Formulate sales strategies and execute them effectively;
• Liaise with professional parties and communicate with regulatory authorities including the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the SFC in connection with implementation of the projects;
• Review internal control process.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business;
• Minimum 5years solid corporate finance/M&A experience gained from listed companies/professional firms, together with 2 – 3 years audit/legal experience;
• Professional qualification such as CPA is preferred;
• Be self-motivated and good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;
• Creative problem-solver with good analytical skills and ability to drive changes;
• Able to engage senior management and work with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua);
• Willing to travel occasionally.
