Responsibilities

‧    Assist Investment Directors to evaluate potential real estate investments
‧    Build financial models to calculate project investment returns and sensitivity
‧    Coordinate with third party advisors in respect of the due diligence process
‧    Lead real estate and market analyses
‧    Prepare and present investment papers to the Investment Committee
‧    Prepare marketing materials and analyses for existing and potential investors
‧    Support ad hoc projects / duties as assigned

Requirements

‧    Degree holder (major in Finance, Business Management or similar disciplines), preferably with qualification in CPA and/or CFA
‧    Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in financial service industry, preferably with experience in real estate or private equity
‧    Excellent in excel financial modelling
‧    Strong communication skills and proficient in English and Mandarin, and preferably Cantonese.
‧    Good analytical skills and able to handle large volumes of data
‧    Good team player and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
